Colorado-based rock band Eminence Ensemble is returning home to close out an extensive summer tour at Cervantes’ Masterpiece Ballroom on Friday, September 27th.

The six-piece has been on an extensive coast-to-coast summer tour spanning across five months in support of their new album, Real News. Comprised of Nick Baum (percussion, lead vocals), Justin Neely (guitar), Taylor Frederick (guitar), Zac Flynn (bass), Johnny Bosbyshell (keyboards), and Tanner Bardin (drums), the band has been headlining venues across the states and performing sets at some of the country’s biggest music festivals including Summer Camp Music Festival, Camp Bisco, and Wave Spell Live.

Now back in their home state, Eminence Ensemble will treat their faithful fans to three Colorado shows before headlining Denver’s Cervantes’ Masterpiece Ballroom for a hometown celebration with their most beloved fans, family, and friends.

“Cervantes truly is one of the greatest venues in the entire country. Their love for the industry makes them one of the main driving forces in making Colorado’s music scene what it has become! We are fortunate to call Denver our home and to be closing out our coast-to-coast tour at a place that is so dear to us, with two bands we consider some of our best friends we feel beyond lucky,” guitarist Taylor Frederick said.

Colorado-based bluegrass quartet Jack Cloonan Band and psychedelic-funk piece Dog City Disco will offer support at the upcoming hometown throwdown. Defining themselves in the genre of “discograss”, Jack Cloonan Band brings funky flare to their bluegrass-centered jams, while Boulder boys Dog City Disco mixes rock, funk, and reggae for a howlin’ good time.

Jack Cloonan Band shared his thoughts on the upcoming show. They explained,

Cervantes’ Ballroom, in my opinion, is the heartbeat of the Denver music community. I’ve seen so many of my heroes play there. This year was the biggest one yet for us. Playing festivals like Yarmony and Winter Wonder Grass opened the door for so many new fans and friends. Finishing up the summer opening up for G.Love and Special Sauce was an unbelievable experience out East. We can’t wait to play our original music with all of our friends on the 27th.
