Some EDM fans couldn’t contain themselves at HARD Summer in South El Monte, CA last weekend, as numerous fences were reportedly broken down around the festival’s perimeter. Fortunately, unlike a similar situation at Ultra Music Festival earlier this year, no one was hurt at HARD Summer.
