Ghost Light has made serious waves in 2018. The newly formed project from Tom HamiltonHolly BowlingRaina MullenScotty Zwang, and Steve Lyons is a force to be reckoned with, wowing audiences across the country with their next-level improvisations and already-stellar catalog of originals. With only 10 months as a band under their belts, Ghost Light impressively sold out multiple shows on their inaugural spring tour, based off of word-of-mouth buzz alone.

On Saturday night, Ghost Light made a stop at Washington, D.C.’s The Hamilton, offering up a standout two-set performance amidst their extensive fall tour, which included a rare stripped-down, acoustic portion for a large majority of the band’s second set. For their acoustic segment, Bowling switched over to grand piano, Hamilton and Mullen picked up acoustic guitars, and Zwang sat behind a mini drum kit.

Ghost Light continues their tour tomorrow night at Richmond, VA’s The Broadberry, followed by stops in Raleigh, NC; Charlotte, NC; Charleston, SC; and Atlanta, GA, through to December 1st. Ghost Light will finish out their fall tour in the South, with performances at Nashville, Tennessee’s The Basement East (12/5); Lexington, Kentucky’s Cosmic Charlie’s (12/6); Cleveland, OH’s Beachland Ballroom and Tavern (12/7); and Ferndale, MI’s Otus Supply (12/8). To round out their announced plans for 2018, Ghost Light will play the highly anticipated Holidaze, before a two-night run at Phil Lesh’s Terrapin Crossroads on December 27th and 28th. Ghost Light will ring in the new year in support of The Disco Biscuits on December 31st, at Philadelphia’s Fillmore.

In addition to all that, Ghost Light announced a special post-Phish late-night show in New York City on Sunday, December 30th earlier today.
