After three years in the Southeast and Colorado, Goose will bring Goosemas back to the Northeast with a 2025 holiday celebration in Providence, RI. The 12th annual Goosemas will take place December 12th and 13th at the 14,000-capacity Amica Mutual Pavilion, formerly known as the Dunkin Donuts Center and Providence Civic Center.
Goose did not share a theme for Goosemas 2025, though the announcement poster conjures images of a spooky carnival. Last year saw the band reprise the Bingo theme from its successful string of COVID livestreams, while in 2023 Goose boarded “The Mothership” (aka Hampton Coliseum) for Goosemas In Space! featuring a guest appearance by Bruce Hornsby. The last Northeast Goosemast took place in Uncasville, CT in February 2022, rescheduled from December 2021, at the 10,000-capacity Mohegan Sun Arena which at the time marked the band’s largest headlining show to date.
Fans can sign up on the band’s website to receive a unique access code for the pre-sale set to begin Wednesday, July 23rd at 10 a.m. ET. Single and two-day TED and two-day SUPER TED VIP packages will go on sale Tuesday, July 22nd at 10 a.m. ET. A venue pre-sale will begin Thursday, July 24th at 10 a.m. ET. VIP and travel packages will go on sale starting Tuesday at 10 a.m. ET. Tickets for Goosemas 2025 will then go on sale to the general public on Friday, July 25th at 10 a.m. ET via Ticketmaster. Goosemas 2025 will cap off another landmark year for Goose. The band just wrapped a nationwide spring tour that included top sets at New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival and BottleRock Napa, the band’s inaugural Viva El Gonzo destination festival, and Goose’s headlining debut at Madison Square Garden. The band is set to return to the road beginning this weekend with a set at Newport Folk Festival in Rhode Island, followed by a summer and fall tour schedule.
