Gov’t Mule is heading back to New Orleans this spring for their annual show during New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. This year, Warren Haynes and co. have expanded their stay to two nights during the two-week celebration, on Saturday, April 27th and May 4th, at a new, slightly smaller location, the beautiful Orpheum Theatre.
Warren Haynes in New Orleans during Jazz Fest is always a good thing. In 2018, he welcomed Smokey Greenwell, Marcus King, and Don Was at the Saenger Theatre. The previous year, in 2017, the Levee Horns, Smoky Greenwell, Eric Krasno, Neal Evans, Rob Blair, Alvin Youngblood Hart, and more joined Mule in the same room. With so many talented artists in town for Jazz Fest, as well as the many late-night shows scheduled, there’s no telling what Uncle Warren has in store.
Pre-sale tickets will be available on Wednesday, February 13th at Noon ET/11am CT. Public on-sale begins Friday, February 15 at 11am ET/10am CT. Please visit the band’s website for all ticketing details.
