Grace Potter brought her Daylight tour to The Intersection in Grand Rapids, MI on Wednesday night, where the singer-songwriter serenaded her Midwest fans with tracks from her latest studio album by the same name.

Wednesday’s performance heard Potter weave together her material both old and the new as she dug back to her time with The Nocturnals to go with her more recent solo material.

At one point during the performance, she brought up opening act Devon Gilfillian to join in on a performance of original her song, “Low Road”. The show jumped from tender to raucous as Potter ran through highlights of a career spanning nearly two decades.

The stop in Grand Rapids comes in the midst of Potter’s cross country winter run that stretches clear through to March before she begins to hit the festival circuit this summer. In addition to a scheduled appearance at West Virginia’s 4848 Festival on July 10th, it was recently announced that she will play at Mountain Jam in Bethel Woods, NY in late May.
