Reggae-infused alternative rock group Iration has announced a run of three socially-distanced drive-in shows billed as “Coastin’ At The Drive-In” set to take place in Southern California in December. The special trio of shows will mark the first in-person concerts for the quintet since the release of their latest album, Coastin’ this summer, after having to postpone their summer tour due to the ongoing pandemic.
The drive-in series will start off at Anaheim’s The Grove on December 3rd, before heading to Ventura’s Ventura Fairgrounds on December 4th and wrapping up at Del Mar’s Del Mar Fairgrounds on December 5th. The shows will be held in accordance of California law for outdoor events, with social distance and sanitary protocols in place.
“We’re excited that we’ll be playing three live drive-in shows around Southern California to our home state fans to bring you some last-minute vibes before the holiday season,” shares lead singer and guitarist Micah Pueschel.
Tickets for the ‘Coastin’ At The Drive-In’ performances with Iration are now on sale here. One ticket should be purchased per vehicle, allowing for up to five patrons in each vehicle. For more information, head to the band’s website.
Although their summer tour was postponed, Iration has spent much of their free time during the year hosting livestream performances, running Q&A sessions with fans, and launching their own podcast, The Uplifter, which features uplifting conversations and humor to fans.
