Joe Russo’s Almost Dead will hit the road this summer and fall for an updated run of 2021 tour dates including previously announced shows, rescheduled dates, and newly confirmed performances.
The popular Grateful Dead tribute band will get back up an running in May and June with a pair of previously announced, already sold-out three-night runs at New Haven, CT’s Westville Music Bowl ahead of the band’s headlining slot at The Peach Music Festival in Scranton, PA over July 4th weekend.
The tour will pick back up with an additional two nights at New Haven’s Westville Music Bowl on July 30th and 31st. The band will also return to Westville in September for a newly announced one-off show on September 4th.
Other newly announced Joe Russo’s Almost Dead 2021 tour dates include a TBD three-night run on August 13th, 14th, and 15th (the schedule lists a “Save The Date”) as well as shows at Baltimore, MD’s MECU Pavilion (8/21), Asheville, NC’s Salvage Station (9/24), a two-night run at New Orleans, LA’s Mardi Gras World during Jazz Fest (10/15, 10/16), and a headlining set at Suwannee Hulaween in Live Oak, FL in late October.
Previously-rescheduled 2020 shows with new dates include shows at Salvage Station (moving from October to September 25th), Los Angeles, CA’s Hollywood Palladium (moving from August to October 2nd and from the Wiltern back to the Palladium), and Stanford, CA’s The Frost Amphitheater (moving from August to October 3rd).
