Joey Kramer was back behind the drum kit with Aerosmith for the band’s performance at the Park Theater at Park MGM Resort on Monday night as part of the band’s ongoing DEUCES WILD Las Vegas residency. Last night’s show marked Kramer’s return to performing with Aerosmith after he unsuccessfully filed suit against his longtime bandmates when they prohibited him from joining them at the “MusiCares Person of the Year” ceremony in Los Angeles last month.

As the curtain raised to reveal the drummer standing beside his bandmates above the drum riser, singer Steven Tyler announced, “On the drums, Mr. Joey Kramer!” before they launched into their 1985 single, “Let The Music Do The Talking” to start the show.

Aerosmith’s Vegas residency continues through this week before the band takes a break for the remainder of the winter. Their DEUCES WILD run picks up again come May before they head to Europe and the U.K. beginning in June.
