Karina Rykman confronts the surprisingly difficult reality of achieving “All That You Wanted” in a new music video for the dreamy indie pop track off her recently released debut album, Joyride.

Rykman stars in the video, which features two versions of the young artist—one a disorganized musician running late to an important gig and the other an emotionally suppressed office worker. The two conflicting, or perhaps complementary personalities fuse at the end of the song as Rykman performs joyfully, blending her creative and professional sides into one well-rounded whole.

Joyride recently reached #10 on the Billboard Alternative New Artist Albums Chart. Rykman is currently on tour in support on the album, with upcoming festival appearances at Harvest Music Festival, Wormtown Music Festival, and Borderland Music Festival before she heads off on the Joyride Tour 2023, to which she recently added new shows in Saratoga Springs and Washington, D.C.
