King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard shared some information on the band’s upcoming Field of Vision festival, including the lineup of supporting acts. Joining King Gizzard on August 15th, 16th, and 17th, 2025 at Meadow Creek in Buena Vista, CO is an impressive undercard of diverse artists including psych-rockers Babe Rainbow and surf-rockers King Stingray from Australia, U.S. indie-punks Mannequin Pussy, and more.

King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard will perform all three days at Field of Vision, in addition to sets by Turkish singer Gaye Su Akyol, California garage rocker White Fence, L.A. punk band Memo MST, Nuggets torchbearers The Mystery Lights, cosmic country singer-songwriter Pearl Charles, The Songs for Kids Band, and DJ Crenshaw, a vinyl-spinning staple of King Gizzard pre-shows. In addition to the supporting lineup, King Gizzard revealed there will be a special area for the fans’ dedicated bootleggers dubbed “Mirage City” where they can set up and sell their wares. The band has long condoned fans bootlegging their live performances in the style of the Grateful Dead, though taking it a step further and allowing them to download, package, and disseminate physical copies of the band’s live audio. Gizzard even uploads bootleggable audio files to its website, and all the band asks for in return is to receive some copies of the final product to sell.

King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard also shared the festival map for Meadow Creek, site of Billy Strings‘ annual Renewal festival. Check out the map below and pick up tickets here.

Field of Vision will mark one of King Gizzard’s few rock n’ roll performances of 2025. The band revealed late last year it will be performing with orchestras across the U.S. for its summer tour and is expected to bring a new orchestral album along for the ride. Gizzard will play regular rock shows at Field of Vision and New York’s Forest Hills Stadium on August 2nd. Since announcing the tour, Gizzard revealed it will play three shows at Bonnaroo for the first-ever “Roo Residency,” though did not specify the performances’ formats.

Though King Gizzard performed multiple-night runs across the county on the 2023 Residency Tour, some of which included camping, Field of Vision will mark the group’s first multi-night curated festival in the U.S. In the latter half of the 2010s, King Gizzard regularly hosted the annual Gizzfest which toured Australia with local international artists. The band was set to host a New Year’s Eve festival dubbed Timeland in Australia in 2021, but canceled as COVID cases spiked around the globe.
