Far-reaching funk outfit Lettuce and iconic Wu-Tang Clan MC GZA have announced a run of co-headlining tour dates set for early 2025. The co-headlining shows, which will come as part of Lettuce’s Get Up Tour, will feature GZA performing his lauded sophomore solo album, Liquid Swords, in its entirety.
The joint run will begin on January 22nd, 2025 in Del Mar, CA and make stops in Los Angeles, CA (1/23), Oakland, CA (1/24), Harrisburg, PA (2/4), Pittsburgh, PA (2/5), Silver Spring, MD (2/6), and Brooklyn, NY (2/7). Lettuce also announced a number of new dates not featuring GZA in Louisville, KY (1/31, 2/1), Columbus, OH (2/2), Boston, MA (2/8), Raleigh, NC (2/10), Athens, GA (2/11), and Savannah, GA (2/12).

Lettuce has long leaned toward hip-hop within its funk-centric sound. The group has mounted memorable collaborations with hip-hop heavyweights through the years, from their set at Red Rocks with GZA’s Wu-Tang Clan cohort Ghostface Killah in 2017 to a 2023 stint at New York’s Blue Note featuring early-days rap heavyweights Buckshot and Grand Puba and beyond. The Lettuce/GZA co-headlining run follows Lettuce’s previous cross-genre tour team-up with reggae legends Steel Pulse in 2023.
