The funk-rock outfit’s Friday performance at the well-known local music club was the latest stop on their 2019 tour campaign in support of their recently released fifth full-length studio LP, Elevate, which arrived in June.

The intimate performance made for a strong, funk-filled start to the busy weekend in the area as fans began to arrive in the small Oceanside New Jersey town on Friday for the two-day festival, which takes place at the nearby North Beach Asbury Park and Bradley Park on Saturday and Sunday. The show on Friday also came just a few days after the band announced their plans to head to Europe and the U.K. for a run of performances set for early next year. Tickets for the international run in early 2020 are on sale here.
