On Friday, Mavis Staples led an all-star roster of musicians through the third annual Tipping Point benefit concert at The Fillmore in New Orleans, LA. The night’s fundraising event for Tulane University also featured performances from Chris Robinson, Larkin Poe, Anders Osborne, Jimmy Vivino, Amy Helm, and Tash Neal.

Tipping Point was hosted by Curb Your Enthusiasm actor and comedian Jeff Garlin alongside guitarist Eric Krasno, with the latter also serving as the show’s musical director. To add to the impressive lineup of musicians in attendance, the event’s talented house band featured a mix of familiar New Orleans musicians including Ivan Neville, Cyril Neville, George Porter Jr., Tony Hall, Raymond Webber, and Mark Mullins, along with the Levee Horns.

The one-night event was produced by UpperWest Music Group, the same group of concert professionals behind the annual Love Rocks NYC Benefit shows in New York City.
