Mempho Music Festival has revealed the daily lineups for its 2022 event, set to take place on September 30th–October 2nd, 2022 at the Radians Amphitheater on the grounds of Memphis Botanic Garden.
The fifth edition of Mempho Music Festival will kick off on Friday, October 21st with headlining performances by hit-making garage-rock duo The Black Keys as well as acclaimed Americana songsmith Jason Isbell and his touring band, The 400 Unit. They will round out an eclectic opening-day lineup featuring folk-blues sensation Fantastic Negrito, Athens, GA indie-rockers Futurebirds, Brooklyn-based soul singer Bette Smith, and rising singer-songwriter-poet Adia Victoria.
After taking the festival by storm with two nights of red-hot jams in 2021, Athens, GA jam-rock heroes Widespread Panic will return for another two-day stint at Mempho 2022 on Saturday, October 1st and Sunday, October 2nd.

On Saturday, Panic will top a lineup featuring beloved alt-rockers Portugal. The Man, blues guitar fireball Celisse, and Seattle soul-jazz outfit Delvon Lamarr Organ Trio. The Memphis music scene will also be well-represented by way of performances from singer-songwriter/upright bass player Amy LaVere and eclectic rockers Big Ass Truck.
On Sunday, Widespread Panic will join alt-country stalwarts Wilco, multi-talented artistic powerhouse Allison Russell, and the New Orleans poetry-funk joy explosion known as Tank and the Bangas. Also due to perform on Sunday are two legendary artists in the tradition of Memphis blues and soul, gospel maven Elizabeth King and renowned blues troubadour Bobby Rush.

This year Mempho Music Festival will once again partner with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital as a beneficiary. The Memphis-based charity provides treatment to children diagnosed with cancer at no cost to their families.
Early Bird and Tier 1 advance price tickets for Mempho Music Festival 2022 were announced in February and are now sold out. General Admission and VIP tickets are currently on sale at Tier 2 pricing for $195 and $660, respectively. VIP ticket packages include access to a dedicated VIP area; access to a viewing area in front of the main stage; complimentary VIP parking; $100 in Mempho credit to be used on food and beverages or Mempho merch; catered hors d’oeuvres; access to a private bar serving premium craft beer, wine, and cocktails; complimentary water and sodas; air-conditioned restrooms; WiFi and charging stations; and a dedicated VIP entrance.
