OSEES will unleash A Foul Form on audiences across the United States in September and October with a slate of newly announced tour dates. The latest tour revelation arrives as the John Dwyer-led garage psych rockers prepare to travel Australia behind their 2022 album A Foul Form.
Following a run of shows down under, OSEES will return to native soil to play SXSW in Austin this April. After that, the band hops back across the pond for shows in the U.K. and Europe, before landing back in San Francisco for a four-night run of hometown shows at The Chapel. This kicks off the new tour dates, which also include stops in Portland (9/8), Seattle (9/9, 9/10), Chicago (9/15, 9/16), Cleveland (9/17), Brooklyn (9/22, 9/23), Philadelphia (9/25), and more before ending in Albuquerque (10/3). Interestingly, these dates are a near-mirror image of OSEES’ 2022 fall tour—which was eerily similar to its 2021 fall tour—with many concerts in the exact same cities only a day earlier/later than last year. John Dwyer is nothing else if not consistent.

Tickets for most of the newly announced OSEES 2023 tour dates go on sale on Friday via Ticketmaster and AXS. Check your local venue’s website for specific on-sale information.
Last year’s A Foul Form heard OSEES adopt a sound that Dwyer referred to as “Brain stem cracking scum-punk.” The frenzied ten-song, 21-minute collection is balanced out by Dwyer’s avant/experimental pursuits that continue to multiply. He revealed his latest outfit, POSH SWAT, last month with the percussion-focused improvisational ensemble hosting musicians from another offshoot, Gong Splat.
