In July, the final night of Lisbon, Portugal’s NOS Alive festival came to a close with performances by Pearl JamJack WhiteFranz FerdinandMGMT, and more. To close out their headlining set, Pearl Jam welcomed Jack White to join them for a Neil Young cover. Today, the band has shared pro-shot footage of the memorable collaboration.

Pearl Jam hit the festival’s main stage following White’s performance, working through a set of fan-favorite originals and classic rock covers. For their five-song encore, the band went heavy on the cover sing-alongs. John Lennon‘s peace anthem “Imagine” was up first, followed by Pink Floyd‘s “Comfortably Numb”, the second Floyd tune of the evening after their mid-set “Interstellar Overdrive”.

Two classic tracks from Pearl Jam’s debut album, Ten, came next with “Porch” and “Alive”, the former of which featured some riffing on Jack White’s iconic “Seven Nation Army”, which was still reverberating in the heads of the crowd and the band alike after having closed out White’s set.

Finally, Eddie Vedder sent the crowd into hysterics when he welcomed Jack White himself to join the band for their final song, a cover of Neil Young‘s “Rockin’ In The Free World”, Vedder running around the stage and tossing his tambourines to the crowd as White soloed.
