The Prince Estate and Legacy Recordings have shared a four-song sampler of The Purple One’s Live at the Aladdin Las Vegas performance.

The sampler, which was released on streaming platforms last week, includes the tracks “Pop Life”, “Gotta Broken Heart Again”, “Strange Relationship”, and “Sometimes It Snows In April”, all recorded live during the icon’s residency at the Aladdin Theatre for the Performing Arts in Las Vegas, NV on December 15th, 2002. Prince initially sent the sampler to radio stations across the United States in 2003 ahead of the original DVD release in August of the same year, however, the rare cuts never made it to streaming platforms.

Prince Live at the Aladdin will see a DVD reissue on May 29th as part of the Up All Nite With Prince: The One Night Alone Collection, which will include copies of his One Nite Alone…, One Nite Alone…Live!, and One Nite Alone: The Aftershow…It Ain’t Over CDs. The One Nite Alone records will also see a vinyl pressing for the first time ever, arriving as a limited edition purple LP, 2LP, and 4LP, depending on the package. Listen to the Live at the Aladdin Las Vegas sampler below and head here to pre-order the reissues.
