Saturday Night Live has announced the initial hosts and musical guests for the show’s upcoming 48th season.

The season premiere, which is set to air on October 1st, will feature Kendrick Lamar as musical guest alongside Top Gun: Maverick‘s Miles Teller as host; then on October 8th, musical guest Willow will perform with British thespian Brendan Gleeson, star of Oscar contender The Banshees of Inisherin, as host; and on October 15th, Megan Thee Stallion will be first musical guest of the season to also host the show.

The musical guests will have a lot of weight to pull considering many of most popular Saturday Night Live cast members announced their departure from the show at the end of last season. Among those not returning are fan favorites Melissa Villaseñor, Chris Redd, Alex Moffat, Aristotle Athari, Kate McKinnon, Aidy Bryant, Kyle Mooney, and Pete Davidson. SNL will add some fresh faces to the cast this season, however, including newcomers Molly Kearney, Michael Longfellow, Devon Walker, and Marcello Hernandez.
