Secret Dreams Music & Arts Festival will return to Legend Valley in 2025 for another weekend celebrating the intersection of bass and jam cultures. The fourth-annual festival will bring headliners Pretty Lights (two sets) and Tipper (two nights) to Thornville, OH on July 17th, 18th, and 19th.

The Secret Dreams lineup announcement follows Pretty Lights‘ revelation last week of an inaugural curated festival in Buena Vista, CO dubbed Luminescent Emergence: Yahn Dawn. In that announcement, the livetronic project headed by Derek Vincent Smith noted that Yahn Dawn would be “the only band event of the summer.” An apparent contradiction of that statement, Pretty Lights’ Secret Dreams sets are billed as “horizon sprinter” and “the prismatic fleet,” the meanings of which are unclear at this time.

The Secret Dreams appearance will also come as one of the final appearances by enigmatic British DJ Tipper, who announced he will stop performing in 2025. Tipper has not yet officially confirmed his final concerts, though communications from his camp have pointed to a Labor Day Weekend sendoff, possibly at the Orion Amphitheater in Huntsville, AL. He is also set to host his own curated festival at The Gorge Amphitheater over 4th of July Weekend with Shpongle, OttLTJ Bukem, and many more.

Tipper’s management team helped launch Secret Dreams in 2022 along with former Resonance Festival partner Dave Kriner, The Werks drummer Rob Chafin, and several others. Revisit Live For Live Music‘s interview with Chafin on the origins and evolution of Secret Dreams here.
