While Phil Lesh is away, Terrapin Crossroads will play.
Lesh is gearing up for five Grateful Dead reunion performances, the infamous “Fare Thee Well” shows also featuring Bob Weir, Bill Kreutzmann, Mickey Hart, Trey Anastasio, Jeff Chimenti and Bruce Hornsby. While Lesh performs at Santa Clara (June 27-28) and Chicago (July 3-5), his venue Terrapin Crossroads will be holding viewing parties for all of the shows.
The parties will host simulcasts of the performances, in addition to TXR regulars playing Dead tunes before and after each show. The Brooklyn Bowl and Capitol Theatre will also be hosting similar simulcasts, and fans who aren’t attending do have the option of watching at movie theaters as well.
For those who are attending, don’t miss out on a ton of great pre- and post- “Fare Thee Well” performances as well!
