The Motet has a message for those in search of a fresh party anthem for the new year: “We Got U”, this is it.
The band’s second new single to feature new vocalist Sarah Clarke (following “Natural Light”) is the same high-energy feel-good funk fans know to expect from The Motet, but with a new twist. The band recently debuted the song live and shared footage from Halloween at 10 Mile Music Hall in Frisco, CO, where they paired it with Funkadelic‘s “(Not Just) Knee Deep”.

The Motet is about to embark on a run in the Pacific Northwest with Too Many Zooz culminating in a New Year’s Eve celebration in Seattle. The band will kick off 2024 with shows in Colorado, Montana (with Magic Beans), Idaho, and Utah, followed by spring tour dates in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas, with additional shows coming soon.
