The Werk Out Music & Arts Festival will return to Legend Valley in summer 2022 with an initial lineup featuring The Werks (x4), Umphrey’s McGee (x2), Lawrence, and more. The 12th edition of The Werks’ festival will occur July 14th–16th in Thornville, OH.
This year’s lineup also features Andy Frasco & The U.N., lespecial, Doom Flamingo, Melt, Hannah Wicklund, Couch, Eggy, Zoo Trippin’, Aaron Kamm & The One Drops, Dustin Smith & The Daydreamers, Chalk Dinosaur (live band), Friends of the Dead: Grateful Dead Tribute, Baccano, and Cotter, with more artist announcements to come. The festival will also include a special Stevie Wonder Dance Party with members of The Main Squeeze and TAUK in addition to former members of Turkuaz.

This latest edition of the Dayton, OH quartet’s homecoming event comes after the band staged a pandemic-altered gathering in 2021. Last summer also saw The Werks welcome original bassist Chuckie Love back to the band he helped found in 2005 with guitarist Chris Houser and drummer Rob Chafin, who play alongside keyboardist Dan Shaw.

The Werks have a number of tour dates on the calendar for 2022 including the return of The Werk Out West at Cervantes’ Masterpiece Ballroom in Denver, CO on April 2nd. The band will also stage a show at Cincinnati’s Riverfront Live on April 30th as well as play a set at Summer Camp Music & Arts Festival in Chillicothe, IL May 26th–29th.
