The Wood Brothers and St. Paul & The Broken Bones will team up for a co-headlining summer tour with stops in Reno, Indianapolis, Cleveland, St. Louis, and other cities around the U.S.
Kicking off in Colorado on June 11th at Dillon Amphitheater, the tour consists of two legs, with shows spanning the western U.S. in June followed by a Midwest trek in July. The first leg includes stops in Montana, Washington, Nevada, and California with support from Cece Coakley on select dates. The second features shows in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Missouri with special guest Yasmin Williams. The tour will come to a close on July 17th at The Stiefel Theatre in Salina, KS.
“St. Paul & The Broken Bones is such a great band. We’re beyond excited to do these shows together,” Oliver Wood shared, “I also have to admit, we’re thinking of ways to steal that incredible horn section.”
Fans can look forward to hearing new songs from The Wood Brothers, who are in the final stages of completing their ninth studio album. Details surrounding the album’s summer release are expected to surface by the time their tour with St. Paul & The Broken Bones begins.
Tickets for The Wood Brothers and St. Paul & The Broken Bones’ summer tour will be available via an artist pre-sale starting Wednesday, March 5th at 10 a.m. local venue time. The general on-sale will follow on Friday, March 7th at 10 a.m. local time.
The Wood Brothers will return to the road later this month for a run of West Coast tour dates, followed by a spring outing featuring shows with The String Cheese Incident and festival appearances at Sun, Sand and Soul, Virginia Arts Festival, and DelFest. St. Paul & The Broken Bones have upcoming April tour dates prior to their summer tour with The Wood Brothers.
