Vampire Weekend’s Ezra Koenig Joins Chromeo On Stage At Gov Ball

During electro-funk outfit Chromeo’s Friday afternoon set at Governors Ball, the band brought out special guest Ezra Koenig of Vampire Weekend. Dave 1 teased the crowd with the opening lick from Vampire Weekend’s “Caped Cod Kwassa Kwassa” before welcoming him onto the stage to join. “There’s this guitar riff I like to play sometimes, it’s like…” he quipped before getting into it. “Dave, I showed you the riff, man. It’s really not that hard,” Koenig joked before joining on.
