A few weeks ago, Phish gave an hour-long performance on the web-series “Live On Letterman,” in conjunction with their appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman. (You can watch their performance here). Today, the series released a 14-minute interview with band members Trey Anastasio and Page McConnell.

You can watch below:

In the interview, the band talks about how their Halloween tradition felt like a trap, and thanked their fans for listening to twleve new songs. They talk about the legacy of David Letterman, and the thrill of performing at the Ed Sullivan Theatre. It’s a great interview and certainly worth watching if you’re a fan of the band or the show.
