Widespread Panic has announced the band’s 2024 return to Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO.
WSP will play three nights at the beloved destination venue on June 21st–23rd. Tickets for the 2024 Widespread Panic Red Rocks run will go on sale this Friday, March 1st at 10 a.m. MT via the band’s website.
This announcement comes just days after Widespread Panic issued an update about the band’s recent cancelation of its three-night run in Chicago. In a statement posted to social media, WSP explained that the last-minute changeup was due to an unspecified health issue concerning bassist Dave Schools, who they said is “on the road to a full recovery and in good spirits” after a brief stay in the hospital.
“Dave and the Boys are excited to reunite for the upcoming St. Augustine concerts in March,” the band said. “Thanks to everyone for your understanding and Loving words of encouragement these past weeks.”
With a few weeks off to rest and recuperate, Widespread Panic is due to return to the stage for three sold-out shows on March 22nd, 23rd, and 24th at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre in St. Augustine, FL. The band is also set to host its annual destination festival, Panic En La Playa, in April. For a full list of tour dates, head here.
