On Tuesday, Colorado-bred bluegrass quintet Yonder Mountain String Band added 10 dates in January and February to their 2020 winter tour. Nine of the newly added tour dates will see Yonder team up with The Travelin’ McCourys.
Yonder Mountain String Band’s newly added 2020 winter tour dates include stops at Blacksburg, VA’s Lyric Theatre (1/28); Richmond, VA’s The National (1/29); Carrboro, NC’s Cat’s Cradle (1/30); Asheville, NC’s The Orange Peel (1/31); Knoxville, TN’s Mill & Mine (2/1); Ponte Vedra Beach, FL’s Ponte Vedra Concert Hall (2/4); Orlando, FL’s The Plaza Live (2/5); Fort Lauderdale, FL’s Culture Room (2/6); St. Petersburg, FL’s Jannus Live (2/7); and Atlanta, GA’s Variety Playhouse (2/8).
The newly added dates come on the heels of Yonder’s previously announced 2020 winter tour, which will see the band navigate the Rockies and Pacific Northwest. YMSB will be joined by The Infamous Stringdusters for a run of co-headlining dates towards the end of the tour.
