King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard have added more 2020 spring tour dates to take place between the Australian rock band’s three previously-announced “Marathon Shows” at The Greek Theatre in Berkeley, CA on April 18th and at Red Rocks in Morrison, CO on May 5th-6th.
The 10 new spring dates announced by King Gizzard via the band’s Instagram on Tuesday include stops throughout the rest of April and into May starting on the west coast in Portland and Seattle before moving east through northern midwest cities including Minneapolis, Chicago, and Detroit. The run will continue east with stops in Toronto, Montreal, Brooklyn, and Washington, before finally closing with a show in Philadelphia on May 2nd, just in time for a quick return west for their first Red Rocks show on May 5th. Leah Senior will join King Gizzard as the tour’s support for each show.

The band has released two incredibly different albums this year. Fishing For Fishies, which arrived in April, is a more mellow, groovy record while their August release, Infest the Rats’ Nest, is a ferocious thrash metal set.
On-sale info for the new 2020 King Gizzard tour dates wasn’t revealed to go with Tuesday’s announcement, so fans should visit the band’s website for tickets and tour info in the coming days.
