Pigeons Playing Ping Pong will return to the road this summer with a run of outdoor, pod-style concerts along the east coast, the funk-rock band announced on Wednesday.

Following Pigeons’ previously-announced Domefest: Party In The Pods weekend event in May, the band’s initial summer tour will begin with two shows at Beak & Skiff Orchards in Lafayette, NY on June 18th–19th. From there, PPPP will continue with outdoor shows at the new Westville Music Bowl in New Haven, CT (6/26); Devils Backbone Brewing Company in Roseland, VA (7/10); and Northlands in Swanzey, NH (7/16).

General on-sale for the above-mentioned dates begins this Friday (3/19) at 10 a.m. local via the band’s website.

Pigeons Playing Ping Pong have remained somewhat active with the ongoing shutdown of the concert industry. The band took part in Democracy Comes Alive back in early October, and more recently returned to New York City’s Brooklyn Bowl for their PPPPre-Party Halftime Hall of Fame livestream performance to celebrate the Super Bowl in early February.
