In September, Dave Matthews took time off from his lengthy summer tour to stop at SiriusXM‘s new Los Angeles studio, The Garage. The singer-songwriter offered up an intimate, exclusive performance for staff and subscribers of the satellite radio company.

Following the pro-shot video release of Matthews performing fan-favorite “Crush” and “Samurai Cop (Oh Joy Begin)”, SiriusXM continues to rollout footage of Dave’s intimate performance with a new video of “I’ll Back You Up”. “I’ll Back You Up” appears on Dave Matthews Band‘s 1993 album, Remember Two Things. Following a four-year hiatus from the band’s live repertoire, DMB dusted off the tune over the summer on July 27th at West Palm Beach, FL’s Coral Sky Amphitheatre. “I’ll Back You Up” was played once more by the seven-piece on August 30th, 2019 at the The Gorge Amphitheatre.

Dave’s Los Angeles performance earlier this month helped mark the recent extension of Dave Matthews Band Radio for another month. DMB Radio will now air through October 15th on SiriusXM‘s channel 30. In addition to playing music from the Dave Matthews Band’s extensive career, including their studio hits, live songs, demo tracks, and musical influences, the channel features the “DMB Friday Night Concert Series,” which includes full-performance recordings from the band’s recent tour. The exclusive channel also hosts interviews with members of the band.
