“Love, Peace and Happiness” was originally written by soul artists Lester Chambers, Joseph Chambers, Willie Mack Chambers, and George Chambers as heard on The Chamber Brothers’ 1969 double album of the same name. Now part of the Full Moonalice crew, Lester Chambers has come out in these times of inequality with a new version of the social justice anthem, promoting love, unity, and justice to all humans.

According to Full Moonalice legend, these are scary times. The pandemic has killed more than 100,000 people. More than 40 million people have filed for unemployment insurance. Thousands are in the streets every night protesting police brutality and discriminatory practices. Meanwhile, the man in the White House makes it all worse.

We in the Full Moonalice tribe need to be part of the solution. Let us acknowledge that many of our brothers and sisters suffer from discrimination and do everything in our power to rectify that. Let us celebrate diversity. As Darrin Brenner demonstrates in the art above, we are stronger and better when we join hands and work together.

Additionally, the song’s new music video will premiere in the band’s live-stream today (June 3rd). Fans can join the band at 4:20 p.m. PT on Wednesday for the celebration of the new single and music video premiere today on the band’s website, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter pages.
