Goose made its debut at Denver, CO’s Sculpture Park on Friday for the band’s first of two shows Mile High City.
Opening up set one, Goose was “So Ready” to start the show before Jon “Coach” Lombardi made an appearance with his trusty rainstick for “Honeybee”. A fierce “Yeti” followed before an appropriate “A Western Sun” began to set over the downtown Denver venue. Goose dished out the first cover of the evening with Peter Gabriel‘s “In Your Eyes” ahead of a short but sweet “Bob Don” and finally “Tumble” to close the second set.

There were plenty of “Fish In The Sea” for set two with a cover of the Fat Freddy’s Drop song, the final cover of the evening. Goose then took audiences “Into The Myst” before sending out an “SOS” ahead of an expansive “Elmeg The Wise”. A breather “726” followed before “The Empress of Organos” brought the encore-less show to a close.
