Jennifer Hartswick Band will return to the road for a run of West Coast tour dates in March.

The Trey Anastasio Band trumpeter and vocalist will kick off the run with her eponymous band featuring The Nth Power‘s Nick Cassarino (guitar) and Nate Edgar (bass) as well as Conor Elmes (drums) on March 13th at Venice West in Venice, CA. The group will travel through the Golden State for shows at Moe’s Alley in Santa Cruz (3/14), Cornerstone in Berkeley (3/15), Lost on Main in Chico (3/16), Crazy Horse Saloon in Nevada City (3/18), and Humbolt Brews in Arcata (3/19). From there, the tour will head north up the coast to Oregon for shows in Bend (3/21) and Portland (3/22) before concluding at Seattle’s High Dive on March 23rd.

Jennifer Hartswick released her latest album, Something in the Water, in 2022 to widespread acclaim. Featuring contributions from a number of high-profile collaborators including Christian McBride and Celisse Henderson, the album was some of her finest work to date, bridging jazz, soul, funk, and R&B with a palatable pop appeal.

Hartswick recently performed at a Music Heals International benefit at Sweetwater Music Hall with Christian McBride, Dan Lebowitz, Jay Lane, and more. She will link up with the Krasno/Moore Project at Brooklyn Bowl later this month before celebrating New Year’s Eve performing with Club D’Elf alongside John Medeski and her TAB bandmate Natalie Cressman at The Cabot Theater in Beverly, MA. Ahead of her band’s newly announced tour dates, she will head to Riviera Cancun, MX to perform with Oteil & Friends at Dead Ahead on a bill topped by members of Dead & Company, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Goose, Sturgill Simpson, and more.
