Mike Gordon will stage his first full-fledged solo headlining tour in three years in March 2026. The 13-date tour will take the Phish bassist up and down the East Coast, stopping at familiar venues throughout the Northeast and Southeast [get tickets].

The 2026 Mike Gordon solo tour will kick off on March 13th at Woodstock, NY’s intimate, 500-capacity Bearsville Theater and run through March 29th at Burlington, VT’s Higher Ground. (Fun fact: the last time Gordon played the Higher Ground in July 2023 featured a sit-in from Phish’s Page McConnell.)

Along the way, Gordon and his band will stop in Asbury Park, NJ (3/14) and Philadelphia (3/15) ahead of a Southeast swing through Charlotte (3/19), Nashville (3/20), Atlanta (3/21), and Charleston, SC (3/22), before returning north to finish out the tour.

Back in the Northeast, Mike Gordon will play Washington, D.C.’s Lincoln Theatre (3/24), Brooklyn’s Brooklyn Bowl, (3/26), and Boston’s Paradise, site of many early Phish shows (3/27). From there, he’ll round out the run with a show in Portland, ME (3/28) and the tour-closing homecoming in Burlington (3/29).

Prior to Gordon’s last solo show, which took place at The Joy Theater in New Orleans during Jazz Fest 2025, he previewed what he hopes will be a “joyous experiment” for his band: a new era featuring an evolving lineup. For this upcoming tour, the bassist revive much of the lineup from that Fest by Nite show, with guitarist/vocalists Xavier Lynn and Bob Wagner alongside mainstays Robert Walter and John Morgan Kimock. New for the 2026 tour, Dopapod keyboardist Eli Winderman will come aboard for “a few of the dates mid-tour, followed by some dual keyboardist shows.” The tour announce did not indicate which shows will feature Winderman.

“I have one band where the members stay the same,” Gordon told L4LM ahead of the Jazz Fest gig, “and I think it’s gonna be super fun in this era to accept it that the other band has people sort of coming and going a little bit. … And I think that the way to handle it is to have a lot of exploration.” Read more from Mike on new bandmates Xavier Lynn, Bob Wagner, and Eli Winderman here.
