Sheryl Crow has shared her official video for “Lonely Alone”, a new original tune featuring Willie Nelson which appeared on her latest studio album, 2019’s Threads.
The video for Crow’s country western-inspired song sees the veteran rock singer/guitarist channel the beauty of nature to welcome viewers in before her backing band for the song—which includes drummer/producer Steve Jordan—enters the screen as they all play their respective parts from their homes or creative spaces. The easygoing acoustic track continues on as Crow and Nelson trade off lead vocal duties while quick shots of beautiful outdoor scenery and Willie’s Texas farm fade in on occasion to help offset the fact that much of the world is still stuck inside these days as we head into the coming fall months.
