COVID-19 has forced some music fans to search deep for any inspiration of fun and entertainment these days. All the newfound free time folks once used to leisurely enjoy concerts and festivals has regretfully degraded into time spent building guitars entirely out of salt for some, and even re-creating the Grateful Dead‘s ‘Wall of Sound’ entirely out of LEGOs for others.

One creative thrash metal fan, however, who goes by “Plantweed” on SoundCloud, has used his free time to compile up to 90 minutes of stage banter from Slayer vocalist Tom Araya during 24 total shows played between 1984-1987. The nonsensical collection of stage rhetoric from Araya is stretched out over two tracks aptly named Slayer: Do You Dig Older Women? (sides one and two).

Slayer played their final shows with a run of performances in November 2019 with PrimusMinistry, and Philip H. Anselmo & The Illegals.
