Colorado livetronica trio SunSquabi will close out 2022 with a run of two New Year’s shows in Austin, TX on December 30th and 31st.

The band will kick off its New Year’s run at Parish on December 30th. Then on December 31st, SunSquabi will welcome Cloudchord as support at Empire Garage. Tickets for both SunSquabi New Year’s shows are on sale now.

SunSquabi just closed out its summer with a headlining set at Rosenberg’s Block Party in Boulder, CO on September 10th and an appearance at Pryes Fest in Minneapolis, MN on September 16th. The trio will head to The Get Down in Portland, OR on October 7th before playing a pair of Halloween shows at 10 Mile Music Hall in Frisco, CO with support from Utopia on October 28th and Underlux on October 29th. The band will then embark on a 20-date co-headlining fall tour with Connecticut prog-tronic power trio lespecial starting in November.

SunSquabi also has a new album, Arise, due to release on October 26th, two days before the band’s Halloween run. The group recently shared three previews of the album with singles “The Hornet“, “Scorpion”, and “Elephant Song“.
