[UPDATE 4/7/22]: Joe Russo’s Almost Dead has added three additional shows to its 2022 tour. The Grateful Dead-inspired project’s newly announced tour dates include performances at Stage AE in Pittsburgh, PA on July 8th; KettleHouse Amphitheater in Bonner, MT on July 21st; and Frost Amphitheater in Palo Alto, CA on August 13th. These concerts join a host of other dates, including a recently announced appearance at Sacred Rose in Bridgeview, IL on August 28th.
Following the band’s July 8th concert in Pittsburgh, which will mark its first time playing in Steel City, JRAD will headline Great South Bay Music Festival in Patchogue, NY on July 9th. The group will then head west at the end of the month to play in Bonner, MT on July 21st, the day before a performance at North West String Summit. After a few weeks off, Joe Russo’s Almost Dead will continue on to Palo Alto, where the band will play at Frost Amphitheater on the campus of Stanford University, before wrapping up with a show at Saratoga Performing Arts Center, two nights at Boston’s Leader Bank Pavilion, and an appearance at Sacred Rose.
Tickets go on sale to the public on Thursday, April 14th at 1 p.m. ET, but fans will have a chance to scoop their tickets via an artist pre-sale on Tuesday, April 12th at 1 p.m. ET. A password for the pre-sale will be posted to JRAD’s Facebook at that time.

[3/14/22]:Â Joe Russo’s Almost Dead has a new chunk of 2022 tour dates including stops in Boston, MA and Saratoga Springs, NY.
The fan-favorite Grateful Dead tribute band will make its debut at the famed Saratoga Performing Arts Centeron Thursday, August 25th. From there, the quintet will head to Boston, MA for a two-night run at Leader Bank Pavilion on Friday, August, 26th and Saturday, August 27th.
Band pre-sales for the newly added JRAD shows will begin on Tuesday, March 15th at 12:00 p.m., with the pre-sale code due to be posted on the band’s Facebook Page at that time. Remaining tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday, March 18th at 10:00 a.m. ET.

Other recently added JRAD tour dates include festival appearances at BeachLife Festival (5/15), Summer Camp Music Festival (5/27), Northlands Music Festival (6/24), High Sierra Music Festival (7/3), 4848 Festival (7/7), Great South Bay Music Festival (7/9), and Northwest String Summit (7/22).

[12/13/21]: Joe Russo’s Almost Dead has announced a new crop of tour dates set to carry the band through 2022. The new shows will see the Grateful Dead-inspired quintet travel throughout the U.S. from February through June.
The new tour dates pick up with a three-night run in Philadelphia February 10th–12th, with the first night at Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia and the other two at The Fillmore Philadelphia. JRAD has added a new show in Madison, WI on March 18th ahead of a previously announced show there the following night and a two-night run in St. Louis, MO (3/19–20).
The tour continues on with stops in Newport, KY (4/28); Asheville, NC (4/29–4/30); a previously revealed two-set performance at Sweetwater 420 Festival in Atlanta, GA (5/1); a return to Westville Music Bowl in New Haven, CT (5/14); two nights in Vail, CO (6/1–6/2); and finally a one-off show at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO (6/3). The band noted that more dates will follow.
A band Facebook pre-sale will start on Wednesday in two groups beginning at 12 p.m. ET for Philadelphia, Madison, and Newport, continuing at 1 p.m. ET for Asheville, New Haven, Vail, and Morrison. Passwords for the Facebook pre-sale will be posted on the JRAD page at the sale start times. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday at 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. for the same respective cities. Fans will need to purchase a Fillmore ticket to get into Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia, with two and three-night options available.
