[UPDATE 2/11/21]: Northlands Music & Arts Festival has added a number of additional bands to the lineup for its inaugural event, due to take place on June 24th and 25th in Swanzey, NH.
New arrivals to the Northlands lineup include Lotus, The Movement, Pink Talking Fish, and lespecial as well as a Melvin Seals Grateful Revue set featuring Seals (Jerry Garcia Band) on the organ, John Kadlecik on guitar, Vinnie Amico (moe.) on drums, Jennifer Hartswick (Trey Anastasio Band) on vocals and trumpet, Reed Mathis (Billy & The Kids, Electric Beethoven) on bass, and Roosevelt Collier on pedal steel guitar.
They will join previously announced artists Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, Twiddle, Lettuce, Yonder Mountain String Band, Dopapod, Dogs In A Pile, and Joe Sambo at the inaugural festival.
“Our focal point has always been presenting the highest quality live music,” said Mike Chadinha, Northlands Director of Operations. “This year will be no different, just all in one jam packed weekend. Two days and two stages will host world class bands ranging from national touring acts to local and regional rising stars. Everything from rock and jam and funk, to progressive bluegrass and reggae and instrumental livetronica. There will be something for everyone, and the music will never stop for a seamless experience.”

[1/14/22]: Northlands Music & Arts Festival has announce the its initial 2022 artist lineup. The two-day festival is set to take place at Northlands, the outdoor performance complex in Swanzey, NH, on June 24th and 25th, 2022.
Leading the way on the 2022 Northlands Music & Arts Festival lineup are Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, Twiddle, Lettuce, Yonder Mountain String Band, Dopapod, Dogs In A Pile, and Joe Sambo, with additional artists due to be announced as the event approaches.
The venue turned Swanzey into an unlikely touring hub during 2020 and 2021. From drive-in shows to socially distant pod concerts to “hybrid” seating featuring pods and GA areas, the venue now known as Northlands provided a reliable landing spot in the Northeast for the extended jam scene throughout the pandemic. Northlands Music & Arts Festival will mark yet another step down the path toward normalcy for the fledgeling venue.
