The galaxy-grass quartet Kitchen Dwellers will travel a long way from home in 2022 as it mounts a lengthy tour from April through July. The Montana-based group will traverse the U.S. on the Wise River tour in support of its forthcoming, Cory Wong-produced album of the same name, due out on April 29th.
Following a spot at WinterWonderGrass California on April 1st–3rd, the Dwellers will make stops in Los Angeles (4/7) and San Diego (4/8) before heading out to Charleston, SC (4/28). The band will center its East Coast tour around an appearance at SweetWater 420 Fest in Atlanta, GA (4/30), using that as a launching pad for shows in Highlands, NC (5/1); Richmond, VA (5/4); Norfolk, VA (5/5); and Washington, D.C. (5/7). North the Wise River will flow, working through Holyoke, MA (5/10); Fairfield, CT (5/11); Asbury Park, NJ (5/12); New York, NY (5/13); Harrisburg, PA (5/14); Pittsburgh, PA (5/17); and Buffalo, NY (5/18).
A slot at Pigeons Playing Ping Pong‘s Domefest at Legend Valley in Thornville, OH on May 19th serves as the midpoint of the tour, sending the Kitchen Dwellers off through Charleston, WV (5/20) and several other Midwestern states. As the calendar flips to June, the band will head to its home state, hosting a three-night run at Livingston’s Pine Creek Lodge (6/2–6/4). The tour dates will conclude with several festival appearances across the country, including Telluride Bluegrass Festival, Electric Forest, The Peach Music Festival, Northwest String Summit, and FloydFest.
