moe. has shared another new single to appear on the rock band’s forthcoming studio album, THIS IS NOT, WE ARE, which is scheduled to arrive this Friday, June 26th.

The band continues to release each new recording to appear on the forthcoming album ahead of its arrival this weekend, with the latest being titled, “Along For The Ride”, which made its live debut last winter during moe.’s February 23rd, 2019 performance at The Beacon Theatre in New York City.

“Part of [the song] changed before we got into the studio,” the band said about their new recording of the song with its premiere on Tuesday. “The whole slow part that gets kind of spacey, coming out of Chuck’s solo, changed over time. That wasn’t there and we morphed it into that, which ended up making the song a little more interesting because all of a sudden we go into this different part, different tempo, different soundscape. Production-wise, it’s one of the coolest parts of the whole album.”

The music video for the Rob Derhak-penned song music video combines the new audio with footage from their rehearsal and February 28th performance at Revolution Hall in Portland, OR earlier this year.
