Kevin Parker has released a new remix take on Tame Impala‘s 2020 studio effort, The Slow Rush, in hopes of making quarantine life a little easier for his fans.

Released late Monday evening via the band’s YouTube, The Slow Rush In An Imaginary Place delivers a fresh take on all 12 tracks which appeared on the album, including “Patience“, “Borderline“, “It Might Be Time“, “Posthumous Forgiveness“, and “Lost In Yesterday“. The arrival of The Slow Rush last month on Valentine’s Day (2/14) marked the Australian rock band’s fourth studio effort since their debut release of InnerSpeaker in 2010. Tame Impala had planned a run of spring tour dates in Australia and New Zealand with support from dreamy psych-rockers Khruangbin scheduled for the latter half of April, but those shows have since been rescheduled for December without Khruangbin.
