The latest live Grateful Dead video from the band’s “All The Years Live” series is now available through the band’s official YouTube page. The new video highlights the Dead’s performance of longtime setlist staple, “Bird Song”, from their 1987 New Year’s Eve performance at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum in Oakland, CA.

As the band’s official archivist David Lemieux explains in the video’s description, “From the Dead’s first home video of a complete concert, ‘Ticket To New Year’s’, this ‘Bird Song’ soars to some pretty high heights, typical of the powerful 1987 renditions of this Garcia-Hunter classic from Jerry’s first solo record.”
