Daze Between New Orleans has announced a pair of festival late-night shows to keep the party going after the festivities at Faubourg Brewery wrap up on Tuesday, April 30th and Wednesday, May 1st. On Tuesday, Andy Frasco & The U.N. will hit House of Blues New Orleans for a raucous after-party. On Wednesday, the long-running, ever-evolving Daze Between Band will return to Tipitina’s for a collaborative showcase featuring members of The Meters, Dumpstaphunk, Trey Anastasio Band, Lettuce, The Rolling Stones, and more.
Andy Frasco & The U.N. have continued to build a fervent fanbase of party fanatics with their patented mix of outrageous joyfully obscene showmanship, candid, thoughtful messaging, and a penchant for satisfyingly chaotic collaboration. The hard-touring outfit will set up shop at House of Blues following Tuesday evening’s John Scofield-assisted Daze Between New Orleans headlining set by Lettuce to keep mid-week Jazz Fest-ers rocking into the early hours of Wednesday morning.

The Daze Between Band has been a staple of Live For Live Music‘s Fest by Nite lineup for years. This year’s edition of the rotating, all-star outfit, due to come together at the famed Tipitina’s after Gov’t Mule‘s guest-filled Wednesday, May 1st headlining set at Daze Between New Orleans, will feature musical director/guitarist Eric Krasno alongside a trio of the festival’s featured performers (legendary jazz-fusion guitarist John Scofield, The Rolling Stones keyboardist/musical director Chuck Leavell, and Dumpstaphunk keyboardist/vocalist Ivan Neville), legendary New Orleans bassist George Porter Jr. of The Meters fame, Dumpstaphunk bass/guitar/vocals triple-threat Tony Hall, guitarist and Allman Brothers Band son Duane Betts, Trey Anastasio Band trumpeter and vocalist Jennifer Hartswick, Lettuce saxophonist Ryan Zoidis, and former Dumpstaphunk drummer Raymond Weber. The performance will also feature an opening vinyl set by beloved local selector DJ Soul Sister. Daze Between New Orleans 2024 ticket-holders will have first access to tickets to both festival late-night shows via an exclusive pre-sale beginning on Thursday, February 1st at 10:00 a.m. CT / 11:00 a.m. ET and running for 24 hours. Those who have purchased tickets will receive a code shortly before the pre-sale begins. Remaining tickets for both shows will go on sale to the general public beginning on Friday, February 2nd at 10:00 a.m. CT / 11:00 a.m. ET.
